Why LED project-light lamp easily to be damaged?

There might be several reasons that cause damage to LED project-light lamps: damage of light bead and short circuit current. In addition to these two main reasons and the material itself, the most possible reason could be the ooze water. So where the water comes from.

 


There are possibly three factors:

 

1, The needle in shell, which our naked eye can't see. The factory only did spray tests to project-light lamp, so we usually can't find the needle. But this factor is very rare, we generally not make key analysis of it.

 

2, There is shell gap between the top and bottom of the cover. This factor is closely related to assembly and shell proces. In addition to the shell, all the accessories must be sealed well in place when assembling.

 

3, Most factories believe that the ooze water comes from outlet hole. And this is because the screw hole hasn't been locked. Then, the ooze water flows into the inside of drive. This could lead to short circuit which will burn out the lamp as well as lamp bead.

 

4, Static electricity is a great harm for LED lights, as a result of the electrostatic, the electronic components that have been damaged can't be counted. Every year, there are tens of millions of dollars in economic losses. So preventing electrostatic damage to electronic components is a very important job for the entail industry.

 

5, The broken of internal connecting wire of LED lights could lead to " dead light " which has no power go through. This kind of condition also interferes with the normal operation of other LED lights.

 

6, Recently, Cheap LED lights market seems become disordered. Some markets are filled with inferior low-cost products to instead good one. This situation not only make the market lose customers but also constitutes the mistrust of the quality of LED lamp.
